What is Elite Care Services, Inc.?
Elite Care, Inc. is a human services agency serving persons with mental, physical, and developmental disabilities. Elite Care, Inc. provides a full spectrum of community residential, periodic and employment services for consumers with developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance abuse in North Carolina.
Many of Elite Care Services, Inc. community residences and apartments are funded, monitored or licensed by the North Carolina Division of Facility Services; Department of Human Resources and the Local Mental health Authority.
All Elite Care Services, Inc. Employees are at least 18 years of age, have graduated high school and follow directions, have/are trained in the different skill competencies, and have no known history of abuse, physical, substance, or otherwise.

Philosophy
Elite Care Services believes that citizens with developmental/ mental health disabilities, and substance abuse can learn to live to their fullest capabilities if they are:
• Exposed to the mainstream life by residing in the least restrictive environment possible
• Providing supports and services that are person-centered, focusing on their individual needs,
rather than generalized
With a fundamental belief in individual choices, support services are individualized to the consumer's desires and needs. Plans which focus on strengths, capacities, and abilities are developed.
